In addition to most of the extra units there are new units capable of exploring the various levels of Earth and beyond.

Subs, U-Boats, and Sea-Mines can hide at the bottom of the sea and a new transport unit that can reach Orbit.

Other mods include the delay of Railroads till later in the game "Random-Start" Scenarios with various worlds custom-designed so that Earth an Oceans match. It also includes an ALIEN race to deal with in the latter phases of the games.
