First, download the main file of the modpack in the chosen language. Unzip the file (in /civ2/scenarios/ for example), a new folder mcog will be created and will contain several files which you musn't move (However, you can move the folder as you wish). Then You can play : start Civ2, select "Begin a scenario" then find the file attolmc.scn in the folder mcog.
If you're running a civ2 version in an other language than english, you'll have to modify the file "C:\Windows\Civ.ini" and set "langage preference=1". Thus you make Civ2 run in English. Once you've finished your game set back "C:\Windows\Civ.ini" to play in your origin language.
Nevertheless I recommend to read the scenario presentation and the concepts of the modpack because some rules are different from the classic game and you could be surprised !
Moreover, if you want to have as much fun as possible with the scenario, you have to download corresponding sounds and musics. Download these files and then unzip them in the folder mcog. Some .wav files will be added in a folder sounds (Again, don't move these files).
