A scenario for Civilization II: Fantastic Worlds by Stephan Otto.
Description
The year is 219 BC. After their defeat in the First Punic War, which cost them the loss of Sicily, the Carthaginians are trying to re-build their empire in Hispania. Carthago Nova is founded in 228 BC. Only nine years later, Hannibal's troops are at the gates of Saguntum.
